To qualify, Buyer must provide a Qualified Deposit—any tax refund funds or other cash deposit made toward the purchase price during the Offer dates. Seller will match the Qualified Deposit up to $2,500 (“Matching Amount”). Any cash deposit exceeding Matching Amount will not be matched. Buyer may apply the Matching Amount to one (or a combination of) the following options (“Matching Options”): (i) the total home package price; (ii) a VISA® debit card (max $2,500, and subject to issuer terms and expiration); or (iii) Seller-paid closing costs (excluding non-required discount points). If the retail home price is reduced due to negotiation or lender requirements—or the lender requires Seller-paid fees—the Matching Amount will be offset by those reductions/fees first. Any remaining Matching Amount may be used toward Buyer’s selected Matching Options. No portion of the Matching Amount may be applied toward Buyer's down payment if Buyer obtains financing for the home purchase. If Buyer selects VISA® debt card option, card will be mailed 4–6 weeks after purchase and satisfaction of all sale conditions. Offer cannot be combined with other promotions. Offer unavailable with USDA/FHA/VA financing and may be limited by lender restrictions. Offer void where prohibited.
